Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you order a subscription and when you use this website. Written to describe how this business actually operates rather than how a template says it should.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and the business trading as Diablo IPTV. By ordering a subscription or using this website, you accept them.
2. What you are buying
A subscription gives you access to an internet television service for a fixed period, together with the connection details your player needs and setup guidance for your device.
You are not buying hardware, and you are not buying a player application. The player comes from your own device’s app store and is made by a third party; any charge it makes is theirs and not ours.
A subscription specifies a number of simultaneous connections. A connection is one stream playing at one moment. You may install a player on as many of your own devices as you wish, but only the agreed number may play at the same time.
3. How an order is made
There is no checkout on this website and no payment is taken here. Orders are arranged in conversation. Prices shown on this website are an indication; the amount that applies is the one we confirm to you in USD before payment. A contract is formed when we confirm your order after payment has been received, not when you send an enquiry.
We may decline an order. If we do, anything you have paid is returned in full.
4. Your subscription details
The details we send you are personal to your subscription and must be kept confidential. Sharing, publishing, reselling or otherwise distributing them is a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for activity on your subscription. If you believe your details have been exposed, tell us immediately so they can be changed.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe details are being shared beyond a single household or used to exceed the agreed number of connections, we may suspend the subscription.
5. Acceptable use
The service is for private, personal, domestic use. You must not use it for any public showing, commercial exhibition or rebroadcast, and you must not record, copy, redistribute or make available any content received through it.
You must not attempt to circumvent connection limits, probe or interfere with the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
6. Content and availability
The channels, films and series available through the service are not fixed. They vary by region and change over time for reasons that may be outside our control. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, programme, event or title will be available, or will remain available, during your subscription.
If a specific item matters to your decision, ask us before you order so the answer is on record. We would rather say no in advance than take payment for something that will disappoint.
Programme-guide data and catch-up are supplied per channel. Coverage is not uniform and no particular depth is promised.
7. Quality and interruptions
Streaming quality depends on the source stream, your internet connection, your home network, your device and your player. Several of these are outside our control, so we do not promise uninterrupted playback or any particular resolution. Where a source is provided in a given resolution, and your equipment and connection can carry it, that is what you will receive.
Occasional interruptions, maintenance and short outages are a normal feature of any streaming service. We will help you diagnose a problem and will tell you honestly when the cause is at your end rather than ours.
8. Term, renewal and cancellation
A subscription runs for the period you bought and then stops. Nothing renews automatically, no payment method is stored, and no recurring charge is set up. To continue, contact us before the period ends.
You may stop using the service at any time. Because a subscription is a one-off purchase for a fixed period rather than a rolling plan, there is nothing to cancel in the usual sense; refund requests are handled under the refund policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a subscription without refund where these terms are broken in a serious way — in particular where details are shared or redistributed, or where the service is used commercially or unlawfully.
10. Our liability
Where we are responsible for a loss you suffer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question. We are not liable for loss of enjoyment, missed events, or any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Third-party applications and devices
Player applications, operating systems and hardware referred to on this website belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility. We are not responsible for their behaviour, their charges, their availability in your region, or changes they make.
12. This website
The text, design, logo and imagery on this website are ours. Interface content shown inside device artwork is fictional and illustrative, and does not indicate that any particular title, channel or event is available.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your subscription is the one published when you ordered. Material changes will be flagged to existing customers.
14. Complaints and contact
If something has gone wrong, tell us first — most things are resolved in the conversation. Contact details are on the contact page.
